Recently, I love to watch “What I eat in a day” on YouTube. Then, I thought “why I didn’t make one?”. Actually, I really don’t eat a healthy food. Although currently, I’m going to the gym, I’m not a diet. I’m not typical of girl that can stand on a diet. It’s hard for me to diet because I like eating.
On the morning, I like to make an easy breakfast because I’m just lazy. Today I had my oat with banana. I just took food that I have in the fridge. For the drink, I took a full glass of guava juice.
As always after my breakfast, I’m going to gym. At this point, I didn’t forget to bring a drink. I carry around 750 ml to keep my water intake.
On the afternoon, I decided to buy my favorite food, chicken wings with a black paper sauce. For the drink, I just order a coke. This one is really yummy.
As always my country is really hot in the afternoon. I decided to take my favorite ice cream to cool down the weather.
On the dinner, I make egg rolls with some carrot, chilli, garlic and leek. I was inspired by Korean food. Every time I watch Drama Korea and I saw they eat egg rolls, all of sudden I’m drooling. (LoL)
